Vibration and Predictive Maintenance Analyst
- This role is a critical postion in the exciting growth of the US Sugar Savannah Refinery’s journey towards Reliability Excellence through direct improvment of the Predictive Maintneance processes for the site via improvement of predictive practices, as well as driving long term solutions through identifying systemic faults and reccomending long-term solutions.
- This position is reponsible for improving on-site predictive maintenance by performing tasks and improving systems involved in vibration, lubrication, and ultrasonic programs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Professional Certifications/Licenses
The following are the basic qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Vibration Analyst (Vibration Institute): Category 2
- Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT): Level 1 or higher
- Airborne Ultrasound (UE systems): Level 1 or higher
The following are the preferred qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year technical school.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience
The following are the basic qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of mechanical components experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of vibration data recording with analysis

- Emerson AMS-2140 Machinery Health Analyzer and associated database
- E-Z Lazer alignment tool.
- UE Systems Ultraprobe series
- FLIR Si-2Pro Ultrasonic Visualizer
- SAP S-4 Hana
Working Conditions
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat. The associate is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The associate will occasionally work with chemicals, steam-related processes, hot liquids/water and will work around electrical equipment. The noise level in the work environment is loud.
Employee Supervision
- This role may be expected to lead a team of 2-3 technicians based on employee skillset
Decision Making/Accountability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to conduct instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
