Treasury Analyst – Clewiston, Florida

Position Summary
The Treasury Analyst supports daily treasury and cash operations across the organization. This role focuses on cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking administration, and working capital analysis. Investment and financial risk management activities are handled directly by the CFO.
Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented treasury professionals who thrive in a high‑volume manufacturing environment and excel at maintaining cash visibility across multiple operating units.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Cash & Liquidity Management
- Monitor daily cash positions across all corporate bank accounts
- Prepare short‑term cash forecasts (daily/weekly) and support monthly projections
- Initiate and/or approve cash movements (per delegated authority limits)
- Post journal entries in SAP
Banking Operations & Administration
- Maintain bank account structures and update signatories
- Manage wire and payment templates
- Resolve banking issues with financial institutions
- Maintain user access and controls for all banking platforms
Working Capital & Operational Support
- Analyze AP/AR timing, trends, and opportunities to improve cash conversion
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounting on cash requirements
- Support liquidity planning for capital expenditures and major operating expenses
Forecasting, Reporting & Controls
- Assist with short‑ and mid‑term cash‑flow modeling and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly treasury reporting packages
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policy requirements
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Accounting on daily cash reconciliation and month‑end close
- Support internal and external audits related to treasury processes
- Provide analysis for ad‑hoc finance projects
Qualifications
Required
- 1–4 years of experience in cash management, treasury operations, or corporate finance
- Strong Excel skills
- Familiarity with online banking portals
Preferred
- Understanding of working‑capital cycles (AP, AR, inventory)
- Experience with an ERP system (SAP)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
